Beverage service is available from the time caterers arrives on site, until caterers depart after wrapping the buffet. Client should plan to provide beverages for events that will extend past the caterers' departure, or arrange for all day beverage service.
All B.B.Q.'s Include
All condiments, paper goods and plastic utensils, red or hunter green table linen with poinsettias and greenery, B.B.Q. gas grills, serving tables and serving equipment. The food is cooked on location, and the serving area is cleaned up afterwards.

Customary Service Charge of 17% waived for these specials!
For 500+ guests, the cost per person will be lower. For under 60 guests, the cost may be higher. All these menu plans are presented for buffet service. Sit Down Meals, Formal Events, and Events with Stations have other requirements. Any menu can be customized.
