Since 1983, our Chef Michael has fed the Corporate and Television worlds, We have a large selection of menus for Formal Dinners, Italian Theme, All Formal B.B.Q. Menus include the following:

Additional Side Orders Platter of Grilled Vegetables, Baked Potato Bar, Signature Mashed Potatoes, French Fries, Garlic Bread, Hot Cobbler a la Mode Choice of 3 Vinaigrette Salads: Gourmet Field Mix Salad, Caribbean Tossed Green Salad, and Artichoke Tomato Basil Salad. Beverage Service Lemonade, Fruit Punch or Tropical Iced Tea . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$1.25/person Unlimited Assorted Soft Drinks . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $2.25/person Unlimited Assorted Soft Drinks plus Bottled Water. . . . . . . . . $2.95/person Combo Beverage Pack: Ice Tea, Lemonade, Bottled Water, Soft Drinks. . . . . . . . . $3.65/person Beverage service is available from the time caterers arrives on site, until caterers depart after wrapping the buffet. Client should plan to provide beverages for events that will extend past the caterers' departure, or arrange for all day beverage service. Beer & Wine Service Beer may be ordered by bottle, can or keg. Wine service is also available. Requires a release of liability. Age requirements are strictly enforced. No exceptions. All B.B.Q.'s Include Condiments, all paper goods and plastic utensils, checkered paper tablecloths, B.B.Q. gas grills, serving tables and serving equipment. The food is cooked on location, and the serving area is cleaned up afterwards. All these menu plans are presented for buffet service. Sit Down Meals, Formal Events, and Events with Stations have other requirements. Any menu can be customized.
