Beverage service is available from the time caterers arrives on site, until caterers depart after wrapping the buffet. Client should plan to provide beverages for events that will extend past the caterers' departure, or arrange for all day beverage service.

All B.B.Q.'s Include
Condiments, all paper goods and plastic utensils, checkered paper tablecloths, B.B.Q. gas grills, serving tables and serving equipment. The food is cooked on location, and the serving area is cleaned up afterwards.

*** Catering Terms *** Prices do not include Labor, Sales Tax, or customary Service Charge of 17%.
For 500+ guests, the cost per person will be lower. For under 60 guests, the cost may be higher. All these menu plans are presented for buffet service. Sit Down Meals, Formal Events, and Events with Stations have other requirements. Any menu can be customized.
