Client should plan to provide beverages for events that will extend past the caterers' departure, or arrange for all day beverage service. Beer & Wine Service Beer may be ordered by bottle, can or keg. Wine service is also available. Requires a release of liability. Age requirements are strictly enforced. No exceptions. All B.B.Q.'s Include Condiments, all paper goods and plastic utensils, checkered paper tablecloths, B.B.Q. gas grills, serving tables and serving equipment. The food is cooked on location, and the serving area is cleaned up afterwards. All these menu plans are presented for buffet service. Sit Down Meals, Formal Events, and Events with Stations have other requirements. Any menu can be customized.
