Client should plan to provide beverages for events that will extend past the caterers' departure, or arrange for all day beverage service. All B.B.Q.'s Include Condiments, all paper goods and plastic utensils, paper tablecloths, B.B.Q. grills, serving tables and serving equipment. The food is cooked on location, and the serving area is cleaned up afterwards. Prices do not include Labor, Sales Tax, or customary Service Charge of 17%, discounted to 7% for small parties. All these menu plans are presented for buffet service. Sit Down Meals, Formal Events, and Events with Stations have other requirements. Any menu can be customized.
